It was declared today by representatives of the International center of frontier cooperation of "Horgos" at press conference in Almaty.
According to the vice-president of Commercial and industrial chamber of Kazakhstan, the councilor of directors of the International center of frontier cooperation "Horgos Ihsana Gafura" as it is by the end of the year planned to finish building of the railway from Kazakhstan and to connect it to the Chinese party.
Cost of project from the Kazakhstan party is estimated over 380 billion tenge from which only Total investments are allocated for preparation of an infrastructure from the state budget from private investors by 73 billion, by estimates of experts, should make more than 300 billion tenge. 9 private companies which build here 30 objects from prospective 150 have already started to invest means in the project. Trading-exhibition halls, which will settle down in territory, will give the chance to conclude contracts directly: that is at businessmen from Kazakhstan, Russia and Belarus the need disappears to go to internal China.
Besides trading-exhibition halls in territory the International center of frontier cooperation "Horgos" which from the Kazakhstan party will occupy the area in 185 hectares, variety of objects will be erected still. It is the center of business cooperation, the hotel zone consisting of 7 high-rise five-stars hotels, ethnographic park, the international tourist center.
